Captive (New Republic era, SW RP)

Desann sighed a bit as he layed on the bed in the area were he was being held.  At the moment the reptile didn't know what was going to be done with him, trying to break into the temple and trying to steal information for the rement, though of course, if he did know anything about Jedi, it was that they didn't take lives.

However, this still didn't make him anymore comfortable, considering that usually the Jedi weren't the ones who usually gave the prisoners their punishment, it was actully the new Republic that did that, and at the moment, he was kinda worried about what his punishment was going to be.

Gabe walked down the corridor of the prisoners block and motioned to the guard walking beside him "Is this where the latest prisoner is held?" The guard nodded.  He sighed "all this goddamn work is pileing up around me, and now this rement theif, it just keeps getting better and better" he scratched his neck and sighed again before entering desann's cell

He entered and leaned agenst a wall "the jedi turned you over to us, the local athuority.... they said you broke in, and tried to steal a....h...holocron? or at least thats what they think anyway and considering all the other stuff we found, like say evidance of youre insertion into the temple" the guard was on the otherside of the closed door leaning upon it, gabe smiled "listen youre working for the rement right? the new rupublic dosent like any aspect of the old empire especially the rement, I wouldent expect a fair trial. Hey can I ask you a question? its something I have always thought about and never understood, why work for the rement, why fight for a bloody and tyrannic cause that would cause entire planetary populations to suffer?" he yawned, listening intently for his reply

gabe closed his eyes momentarily and shook his head "in war there will always be a few stray shots and besides people die all the time, its a fact if everyone went on looking for revenge then the rebel recruitment rates would have multiplied threefold at the start of the war well thanks for awnsering my question anyway" gabe streched and ran a hand through his dark brown hair " well it all  comes down to who youre judge is theres a bothan judge they have been working pretty hard lately and it doesent look like  there going to let op on the poor bastard, hes pretty fair, but as I said before rement hostility will probabally even seep into the courts. Now the reason I came Is war is a funny thing and supplying a side with certain information may loosen the sentance and if its useful enough you may have no sentance at all, I would also like to know what you were after and how exactly you got in there, we just cant peice some of the info together........now will you tell me or does shitty food and a pitiful existance appeal to you?"he turned and looked him dead in the eye

"A merc huh? and you did say you knew some locations of a few destroyers and bases well we might not know where they are so will you tell me? and while you were trying to get info on the imperials you apparently failed miserably" he shrugged and thought for a second "well those are youre options give us info, the stuff that you knew of anyway and who exactly hired you or prison its pretty much goes like that"

"reytha supply base, abandoned CIS refuleing station, and kamino outpost" gabe smiled "we dident know about those and the waylayed stardestroyers we might have known about, and you said a empirial captin by the name of beck "blade sing" erebus hired you? yes we know bladesing well, martial artist that trained in the use of the lightsaber, take a jedi remove the force intuition but multiply pure skill and speed and youll have this butcher." gabe shook his head " I belive youll get off quite nicely with a defection plea wich will probobally get you off and with any luck the republic might have work for you.....you have much rage and i might be able to use you" he took off his trench coat to reveal a new republic commander's badge on his grey uniform "the capitol has a high ranking officer in charge of security forces....wich would be me and their shipping me off and switching me with some one else so you might have a work opprotunity from me" he laughed " how about it clean slate with work, not a bad fresh start eh?"

he donned the trench coat and said " the trial is slated for tomarrow the guards will take you to the court room, plead defection ill speak to the judge in private and you should be cool...I know you hate the republic but fighting us wont bring your relatives back it would do nothing more than bring about youre own ruin" he turned around and banged on the door, the guard opened and let gabe out he turned around and said "oh and by the way my names gabe halondus" he closed the door behind him and the guard locked it. Gabe sighed and headed for his office

gabe walked down the prison cooridor with the guard.... "hey open his cell i gotta escort him to the court room" the guard opens the door "hey c'mon trial time" he says lazily "damn i need some coffe"

"C'mon, lets go" the guard ushed him out of the cell and set hand cuffs on him the guard was in the rear, dessan in the middle and gabe in front leading  "were gonna get to the lift at the end of theis corridor than to the area where the transport will pick us up and move us to the court house" he said leading the way

the elevator seemed to move slow, but all was well gabe nodded to the guards that flanked and followed them into the transport he stoped to talk to a freind and orderd a guard to show him the prisoner transport cell

OOC: Do'h, its been quite awhile, I must apologize.

BIC:  *The reptilish creature continued to walk along with the guard, still staying extremely quite now as he was lead to his cell, ugh, though the thought of this just upset him, having to work with the New Republic.  He sighed a bit, shaking his head as he just walked along towards the cell.*
