After you register and log into this YaBB forum, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.
Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this YaBB forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browsers cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or sends any other form of information to your computer.

Member Conduct:
You agree that you will not use this service to perform the following actions.
1. Offensive language
Offensive language is considered, but not limited to:
a) Posts containing vulgar, profane, or sexually explicit language.
b) Uses race, religion, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, handicap, or gender as a means of insult.
c) Contains threatening, harassing, defamatory, hate-speech, or libelous language.
2. Flaming
Flaming is considered (but not limited to):
a) Posting a message that personally insults another message board member.
(You are free to disagree with the opinions of other people, but do it in a civilized manner.)
b) We will also consider any post intended to annoy and/or offend other members with the intent to start a flame war. Here-by known as a post with intent to flame. (\"Rant Room\" is the only exception to this rule.)
3. Going off Topic
If somebody is talking about big block engines and you chime in saying monkey\'s are funny, you are way off topic. We will allow some flexibility with this sense some of the best discussions can branch out from others, but it is easy to tell when something is completely off topic.
4. Spamming
Spamming is considered, but not limited to:
a) Posting web site advertisements.(Simple english: Do not post links to other forums. Do not post sites that have forums on them. Do not post these links in your signature, or any where on the board. The only exception is the \"WWW & Links\" section, but that is common sense.)
b) For-Sale/For-Trade/For-Auction notices.
c) "Make Money Fast" schemes.
d) Chain letters.
e) Pyramid schemes
f) Other posts generally regarded as unsolicited advertising or that are to be used for commercial gain.
g) Including a web site address in a signature is acceptable, as long as it is evident that you are contributing content in the body of your message posts.
5. Disruptive Activities
a) Posting multiple identical messages (either on the same board or on multiple boards), blank messages, messages with no or repeated content, and messages or topics with very long words designed to disrupt other users' browsers.
6. Unauthorized Access
Accessing or attempting to access other user accounts not belonging to the user in question without permission. Accessing another user's account in this manner is grounds for immediate loss of all known accounts.
7. Other:
Any other activity that is clearly detrimental to the flow of conversation and life of the boards.

Shared & Multiple IP addresses/Accounts
While it is acceptable for users to maintain multiple accounts, on a shared IP address at 'Digital', we can and do track multiple shared accounts from a single or multiple computers as one account in terms of TOS violations. If the TOS is violated severely enough to warrant the banning of one account or IP address, all known shared accounts can also be banned for the actions of the violating IP at the administrators' discretion. (Because of this rule, it is highly recommended that board users do not share their accounts with others, as the actions of some other person could easily directly impact all known shared message board accounts.)
Privacy & Release Info
Under normal circumstances, 'Digital' will never release your provided information to any third party without a court-order requiring us to do so. However, in cases of certain severe and/or repeated TOS violations, we reserve the right to forward any and all known information about you and your accounts to your ISP (including libraries, schools, and places of employment), e-mail service provider, your ISP account owner (if someone else is actually paying for it), any parties whose copyright has clearly been infringed by your actions on the boards, and any other relevant parties. Please note that this -RARELY- is ever used, we respect the privacy of each user and we assure you that all of your information is quite safe on 'Digital'.
Registering Roleplay Characters
And Remember... If you're creating a role play character, try to keep it down to only 1-9 characters max at most 12, we dont want people creating characters and not using any of them... And try to claim characters evenly, dont grab all of the main characters, try to get some villans, too. =)
Accounts that will remain unused (0 Posts) for more than a month will be deleted regulary.
